Mali Rigelj is a small settlement in the Dolenjske Toplice municipality in Slovenia. The area is part of the historical region of Lower Carniola. The municipality is now included in the Southeast Slovenia statistical region.[2]

The local church is dedicated to the Saint Ursula and belongs to the Poljane - Dolenjske Toplice parish. It dates to the first half of the 18th century.[3]
